Inc. would like to provide you good and fast service. However,
if you are not satisfied with your order, you can make exchange(s) or return(s)
for a refund within 30 days
and 10 days for local pick up order. |

You can order your replacement of items from our site at alohakine.com. In
the meantime, you may send back the products from your previous order along
with the invoice form and a written exchange note within 30 days of
delivery. We will then credit back your new order. Shipping and handling fee
is not covered.
Return shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping charges are

If an item is exchange, you must re-pay the
second shipping charge again for us to ship out. |
